A subscription needs a clear promise to members and a release process your team can keep running. I help creators and studios work through the tiers, benefits, pricing and publishing schedule before the first release.
For an existing Patreon or MyMiniFactory Tribe, support can focus on organising supplied content, keeping tier information current, publishing agreed releases and handling routine member communication. Launch setup and ongoing management have separate scopes, so you can bring me in for either.
You supply the finished creative content. We agree which platform tasks I take on and which decisions and account-owner actions stay with you.

Your quote reflects the number of platforms, membership tiers, releases and integrations involved. Launch support has an agreed end date.
You supply the models, products and finished creative content being offered. Additional asset production can be scoped separately.
After launch, ongoing administration, publishing and member support fit into the existing $1,200 / 16-hour or $2,400 / 32-hour monthly plans, according to the combined workload.
External promotion and audience development are quoted separately. Platform-page wording, reward descriptions and operational member updates can be included where specified.

These are applications of your existing monthly plan. Patreon, MyMiniFactory Tribes and other agreed work share the same hours. Preparation, meetings, coordination, delivery and checking all count towards that allowance.
Monthly support reserves capacity; it does not provide daily coverage. Priorities, responsibilities and response times are agreed upfront. Initial launches and external promotion are scoped separately.
Relevant work
My current work with Masterwork Tools began with a request to help increase sales. The engagement expanded into business organisation and preparation for a MyMiniFactory Tribe launch.
The consultancy is ongoing and the launch is in preparation. It is an example of the work involved in connecting subscription plans with the wider business.
Scope & fees
All prices are in USD. Launch prices are starting fees; your fixed quote is agreed before work begins. Fees exclude applicable taxes, platform fees, advertising spend, software, travel and third-party specialists. Extra work is agreed first at $75 per hour or separately quoted.
You keep final decisions and approval of spending. Fees cover the agreed work and delivery responsibilities; funding totals, subscriber numbers and revenue are not guaranteed.
