Clarity on the work.
Clarity on the cost.
A business review, a defined project or ongoing support. Choose the starting point that fits your situation, with responsibilities and deliverables agreed before work begins.

01 / Review & direction
Business Review
& Plan
$2,500 USD · One business or business unit
A focused look at how your business works today, followed by a plan you can execute. We identify the main constraints, work through up to three priorities in depth and decide what to move forward, pause or stop.
Understand the business
Review products, offers and channels; CRM and follow-up; pricing and margins; partners, people and working practices.
Make ownership clear
A responsibility map, up to two priority workflow outlines and an action tracker to clarify how the work will happen.
Choose the priorities
Up to three priorities explored with the effort, cost, dependencies and next decision made explicit.
A practical 90-day plan
Each priority gets a named or proposed owner, a first action, a target date, completion criteria and a way to measure progress.
Conversations, handover and follow-up
- Up to three stakeholder conversations, including a founder kickoff.
- A 90-minute decision and handover session.
- One consolidated revision.
- A 30-minute follow-up within 30 days.
The plan separates work your team can do now from work that needs outside help or additional budget. You keep the plan and can take it forward yourself.
Typical timing: 2–3 weeks after the agreed inputs arrive. Implementation is scoped separately.
02 / Projects & delivery
Turn a priority
into progress.
A review is optional when the work is already clear enough to scope.
Bring me in for a defined deliverable or a larger piece of work with milestones and a handover. These services can also form part of an agreed monthly arrangement.
Sales, CRM & networking
Pipeline management, CRM upkeep, prospect research, introductions, partnership conversations, outreach and sales follow-up.
Project management & execution
Launch preparation, milestones, supplier or freelancer coordination, action tracking and handover.
Hiring support
Role briefs, candidate sourcing, screening coordination and onboarding preparation.
Marketing & graphics
Campaign planning, sales copy, email and social content, banners, product visuals and presentation materials. Quantities, formats and revision rounds are agreed upfront.
Focused project
$750–$1,500USD · Approximately 10–20 hours
One small, agreed deliverable with a clear scope.
Larger project
$1,500–$3,000USD · Approximately 20–40 hours
Agreed milestones, coordination and a handover.
We define the outcome, responsibilities and limits together before starting. Sales and partnership activity can sit within broader commercial support.
Talk through a project03 / Ongoing support
Keep the important
work moving.
Agreed monthly capacity, responsibilities and useful deliverables.
For businesses that need regular help with commercial priorities, organisation and follow-through. We agree what I take responsibility for and review the priorities as the work develops.
- Business organisation and commercial planning.
- CRM upkeep, pipeline reviews and account follow-up.
- Partner conversations, onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
- Launch and project coordination, action tracking and delivery.
- Other project services where included in the agreed scope.
16 hours of monthly support
$1,200USD per month · Up to 16 hours
Regular capacity across selected priorities.
32 hours of monthly support
$2,400USD per month · Up to 32 hours
More capacity for coordination and delivery.
Hours cover preparation, meetings, coordination, delivery and checking. Monthly support reserves capacity; it does not provide daily coverage.
The ongoing work is valuable throughout the relationship: clearer responsibilities, organised records, progress on projects and consistent follow-up.
Discuss monthly supportBefore we start
The practical details.
You retain final decisions and approval of spending. Scope, fees and any additional work are agreed before I take them on.
What is included in the fees?
Fees cover the agreed consultancy scope. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, advertising spend, software, travel and third-party specialists. Extra work is agreed first at $75 per hour or separately quoted.
What needs a separate quote?
Larger teams, multiple businesses or business units, extensive data reconstruction and deep research across many markets need a separate scope and quote. Implementation following a Business Review & Plan is also agreed separately.
Can we begin without a full review?
Yes. If a project is already clear enough to scope, we can start there. The review is useful when priorities, ownership or the underlying problem need to be worked out first.
Do you only work with tabletop businesses?
Tabletop and creative businesses are where much of my experience sits. I also consider established studios and other product businesses when their commercial and organisational needs fit the work I do.
How do we get started?
Tell me what you are building, what needs attention and any constraints on timing or budget. We discuss the situation, agree the work and responsibilities, and choose a project or monthly arrangement that fits.
Let’s work out what would help.
You do not need a finished brief. A clear account of the situation is a good place to start.
